according to my online dictionary Radical describes One who advocates fundamental or revolutionary changes in current practices, conditions, or institutions by returning to the root or source; getting back to the basics - while I think the use of radical is appropriate I agree with your position that there is only one form of true Islam and there are only one kind of true Muslim and they are all jihadists
