DNM and Schills,

I must agree with the first point tha Schills makes: it is not possible to view a global movement with military underpinnings and brazen attacks on western countries, including the US, as a criminal issue that just merits jihadists being arrested. There is a much deeper issue here that is not acknowledged about the motivation and political Islamist repercussions. If we simply regard it as a petty criminal issue, we are missing the whole point and therefore are not correcting or defending against the problem. For example, a jihadist who tried to set Home Depot on fire and kill himself while blaring the quran from his car radio (mentioned in this article http://www.meforum.org/3190/are-jihadists-crazy was charged with aggravated assault, not trying to kill people because he was an Islamic Jihadist. This is one of the fundamental changes that must be made in order to prevent further catastrophes, and it is not a criminal matter at all. Read the whole thing.

As for the remainder of the points, Schills, you descend into silliness from there.
