Reader comment on item: Should We Blame a Florida Pastor for Deaths in Afghanistan?
in response to reader comment: Sharia

Submitted by Frank Luke (United States), Apr 12, 2011 at 10:27

What I had written had nothing to do with the evil that extremists do. What I had written had to do with the actions of the pastor who was supposed to have read the bible which says: "All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient". That means: "It is lawful for the pastor to burn the koran, but it is not expedient for him to do that". If his action pleases God, then he should do it - even if it endangers people. But if his action does not please God, then he should not do it.

Anyone who kills for not covering the head and for not praying 5 times is an extremist and should be dealt with accordingly.

I cannot support sharia because it was not given by God
