We're In Trouble

Reader comment on item: Should We Blame a Florida Pastor for Deaths in Afghanistan?

Submitted by Jules Posten (United States), Apr 8, 2011 at 13:18

the easiest thing to understand about what perhaps seems a very complex issue is that the inmates have taken over and are running the asylum, while our leaders, both political and military wag their fingers and admonish us to be very careful not to insult or provoke the lunatics who are running wild in our world, rioting, destroying and killing innocent souls.

to paraphase Professor Harold Hill (The Music Man), when he's decrying the sitiuation in River City 'OH, WE'RE IN TROUBLE, RIGHT HERE IN (where ever). YES, WE'RE IN TROUBLE!"
