Dear Muslimkush
Just one Bill that Holy Koran is Allah's book, so it is mandatory applicable to all Muslims in India, in Totality.
Means applicable for Criminal Law too.
Half of them will abandon it, this 50% will be male population enjoying 4 wives. Some of them may slip into ghetto Bangladesh or into Bombland Napakistan.
