From all your accusations you prove to not know anything about Shaikh Hamza Yusuf. You are the ignorant one in this case. Shaikh Yusuf lived in Morocco, Yemen, and Mauritania. While he was in Mauritania and Morocco he lived with people in the desert. You can call these people bedouins or whatever you want to call them, but he did not live a "inner city" life in these places or when he was studying in the Middle East. Please educate yourself and then come and speak about Shaikh Hamza Yusuf.
