.... if a husband wants to divorce his wife, he has to wait 3 months, but for a wife, the divorce happens simultaneously..this is designed so that the wife can get out of an abusive relationship or whatever...i am a muslim woman... people in the masjid and my family (a conservative type) all treat me with respect and even more so than the guys. so i have no ... idea what you're talking about..
