Reader comment on item: Israeli Jets vs. Iranian Nukes

It looks like Israel is left to do the dirty work that the rest of the world is unwilling, or incapable of doing.

I remember Operation thunderbolt and the steps Israel took to keep things under wrap lest other countries place more obstacles in the way.

I remember the howling when Israel attacked Iraq's not-quite online nuclear reactor.

Ingratitude and punishment are the aftermath that too many people inflict when something is done right.
