To TM,

Turkish state does not have or deploy nuclear weapons. The tactical nuclear weapons based in Turkey( at Adana, American İncirlik base ) are not the property of Turkey. Their control is jointly shared by USA and Turkey. (Which means practically American control.) Even if the militant islamist take control of Turkey despite the Turkish military they would not be able to use them...
