We're the only country in the world that used the atom bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and killed thousands and thousands of innocent lives

- Which in turn forced Japan's surrender and resulted in considerably fewer casualties than would have been the case had a ground invasion of Japan been necessary.

We justifiably condemned Saddam Hussein for defying UN resolutions, yet we defied that same world body by invading Iraq.

- Just as we had to when the UN showed it's usual indecison over the Balkans.

We claimed that Saddam Hussein was a sadistic tyrant who was responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians and who tortured his prisoners, but we failed to recognize that in the course of the war in Iraq, we did the same things.

- How many prisoners did the US feed feet first into shredders? How many Iraqi women have the US taken to Saddam's 'rape rooms'? How many Iraqi prisoners have undergone the traditional Iraqi electric shock 'therapy' at American hands. Abu Graib is pretty mild by comparison!

The biggest encouragement that the Islamofacists have is the existence of such feeble and poorly thought through 'arguments!
