Morteza, I did not mean to insult Iranians, I am a Muslim myself.

Dear Morteza, I am sorry if I hurt you. If you've read my earlier posts, you'd know that I am a Muslim... Within hours after the earthquake in Iran, people started making cruel comments regarding the victims, saying that they shouldn't be given any aid, they are beggars, giving them aid would be a joke etc. (please read their comments). They are not better than those who danced on the streets after the 9/11. The only difference is that those who danced on the street were idiots enough to do it publicly. Here, these people are 'Dr. Jeckel' on the streets, but give them an opportunity to express their inner self under nick names- you'll see the faces of Mr. or Ms. Hyde that are hidden inside!

Giving aid, as you know, is entirely an internal policy or decision of a government. If the Jeckels do not want their government to give aid to Iranians, they should form a pressure group within their country and take up the matter with their own governments. I don't know how mockery about the earthquake victims and calling the victims 'beggars' would help them in this regard! Like any normal human being, I was very angry with these people and so wrote that comment, which you seem to have taken literally and felt insulted. I used irony, and I'm sure now you understand it. Still, I regret if my words have hurt you or any other Iranian or Muslim.

Peace, Morteza. I wish you all the best.
