Firstly, 'If you can't convince them , confuse them' is only a quote, not my own words. Yes, I heard it from a participant from Singapore, who himself quoted it while giving a presentation on ancient Chinese religions. I simply said to you what I heard from him. I mentioned that clearly in my previous posting.

- There we have it. An admission that you, and those of your kind, generally quote things that you do not understand to support a cause that you cannot defend with facts. The whole point of quoting somebody in this context is because the quote in concern eloquently articulates one's own feelings on a subject. I'd counsel you to stick to the facts and make an articulate argument quoting facts that you do understsand but obviously this requires a) an intellect and b) a righteous cause. You inability to do so suggests that you have neither.

When you saw the following quote it probably mistakenly convinced you that Mr Truman had a similar mentality to your own:

Wherever you have an efficient government you have a dictatorship.

I suggest that you purchase a dictionary and look up the word 'context'...................................
