Reader comment on item: Muhammad Ali v. George W. Bush

As I recall his convicitions were ultimately overturned.

One thing Ali did do is stay and take what the system threw at him. He knew he'd never have to go to Viet nam, he didn't run to Canada, he stayed and went to trial.

I have MUCH more respect for this man than the BJ Clintons that weaseled their way out, suffering no consequences.
