Not enough cops - Incompetent Policing

Dear Dave,

1. By "incompetence" I meant "policing," not "police." There simply were enough; and the National Guard was not called in time. Who's fault was that? Nancy Pelosi, the 2 Sergeants-at-Arms for each House, and the Mayor of Chicago, as well, the3 Generals at the Pentagon responsible for the security of the Capitol.

2. A Mob is NOT an Insurrection. I am NOT a Policing Expert. But it's obvious that if you had enough Capitol Police and National Guards - no breach of police lines would have occurred; Trump is a Scapegoat for the Failure of Policing which is due to the Democratic Party tolerance of Black Lives Matter Riots and Looting during the 4 years of Trump's administration!

3. Political Rallies are open to Everybody. Just because Extreme Radicals love Trump and engaged in Rioting, should not be used to blame Trump. You want to blame Trump for those who support him. You forget who supported the Democrats; do you think Black Lives Matter would not Burn the Capitol to destroy the Painting of former Slave Holders such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, if their candidate was in Trump's position?

4. Trump was Acquitted by the Senate in his second (Democratic Party Impeachment).

5. No Criminal Indictment against Trump has taken place - because no Criminal liability has been found.

6. There are several (at least 3) Civil law suits pending (for money judgments). I believe that he will be found innocent on all claims - because he cannot be liable for what violent grown man mostly (or women) have done - about 700 alleged Rioters have been indicted on Criminal charges.

Finally, I don't think you understand our Legal definitions of Incitement to Riot and Freedom of Speech. And I think you are prejudiced against Trump, and that makes not object regarding his alleged liability for the conduct of the extremest who are guilty of Breaking and Entering the premises of the Capitol. You also legally confuse a Mob and a Riot with an Insurrection. And by the way, notice that no one was charged with federal TREASON. Why? Because that federal crime did not occur.
