Reader comment on item: I Give Up: There Is No Terrorism, There Are No Terrorists

Funny enough, there is one group for whom the definition is of financial concern: insurance companies. Travel insurance, in particular, frequently does not cover acts of terrorism, and they have no difficulty defining it. Why don't we go and see what they say?

Apart from anything else, all this debate proves that, like a lot of other things, there are grey areas. But there is overlap in 99% of definitions.
