Daniel, I belive this is a necessary step but toward what end? Yes, this will provide some higher level of security. Ultimately we need to address "the enemy among us" Islamsits in the US. "It is He Who has sent His Messenger forth with the guidance and the religion of truth, to make it triumph over every religion, even though the idolaters may be averse."

I have been puzzled but the many interpretations of the Quran. There are so many Muslim scholars that claim that the Quran preaches peace and an Islamic state that accepts all faiths??

"The Quran further says whether it is (those who call themselves) the believers or the Jews or the Sabians or the Christians, if they believe in Allah and the day of judgement and do works which are (deemed) right (by Allah), they will have no fear and no grief[5]. http://quranicteachings.org/the-ultimate-goal-of-islam/

If the above is correct, than how do so many extremists find their justification in the Quran? Is it really an extremist view or is it the mainstream.

The bottom line is that if any religion, group or nation has the destruction of Western Civilization as it's charter, we must be ever vigilant. If a religion threatens our Nation and way of life, is it fair that it is protected under our constitution? I am not a scholar like yourself, but I am a patriot and I feel that we have allowed our enemies to move and operate too freely within our borders.
