Tsarnaev Brothers Forgot to Wear Their Niqabs & Burqas

Reader comment on item: Boston Bombing Lesson: Ban Niqabs and Burqas

Everyone agreed, including those in the Middle Eastern and South Asian regions, that whoever carried these bombings out were amateurs. The two Tsarnaev brothers are not Arabs, Persians, Palestinians, nor Afghanis. The two brothers are from Chechnya and were born and reared during Chechnya's war with Russia. Who knows why they carried out these bombings. Only the surviving brother can tell us. As for Niqabs and Burqas, how many Chechnyan women today now wear these coverings? Statistics, please.... If the brothers were experienced freedom fighters, they would have dressed like women, wearing makeup, wigs, and whatever makes a woman look like a female human. And yes, women wear sunglasses, wigs, make-up, and padded bras, using all sorts of hair removals. The pressure cookers could have easily fit into the latest Louis Vutton tote bags. Longchamps is cheaper, but Louis Vutton would have sent a message to the top one percent.

... most Arab suicide bombers in Israel dressed either like women or the Haredim. These two brothers from Chechnya were suffering from mental illness just like those, who are using guns to shoot people. What these brothers did is more a reflection of the ills of American society more than anything else. Americans are miserable and suffering horrifically. Both our public health and education systems are in crisis -- and not just broken. More and more individuals will act out, utilizing all sorts of reasons and excuses. These acts of violence will only increase unless the American people fix their problems by bringing back the old community of yesteryear from the 1940s through the 1970s.
