I had to read this several times and it is from Fox news and it seems that Dzhokhar while escaping in the stolen car ran yes ran over his already injured brother Tamerlan and here is the link

Which means that he killed his brother and one more crime that this criminal will have to deal with

But I guess that the ultimate punishment is that he was admitted to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital!
