Population changes are coming

Reader comment on item: Muslim Europe

Submitted by steven (United States), May 21, 2012 at 22:01

It is very troubling indeed to look ahead 30 or even 20 years and wonder what shall have befallen the dying populations of Europe. It seems clear that immigrant populations (mainly Muslim, or 'Asian' as they are called in UK) are exceeding median birth rates in many cities, while the local European population is in serious decline. As the populations grow more Muslim, the political ramifications are made known, since the politicians want to be elected, and they come to realize that being supportive of Muslim causes gets them more and more votes. Add that to the general apathy and listlessness of the local youth populations who don't care about much of anything besides their entitlements and global warming protests, and you can see why the future is so frightening.
