in response to reader comment: Alquds and the dreams of muslims

Submitted by the Grand Infidel of Kaffiristan (Australia), May 16, 2012 at 23:15

"Shi3as interpretations about Almahdi coming end of times to take back the Alquds is all wrong, no such thing as almahdi (never mentioned in quran)"

Great, but why stop there?

"The temple of the jews is mentioned in the quran in alquds under the name "Masjid Alaqsa", in surat israa, there was no mosque there during prophet times, "

So 'the furthest masjid', where 'the Prophet' allegedly flew to in a few seconds on the back of a 'Burak' - was not the Temple Mount in Jerusalem?

"hence, relax all of you, this war now between lebanon and israel will not end with anything, and no one will win or conquer the other. "

Great idea but you're targeting the wrong audience Mr Zil.

As a muslim - you have a responsibility to be telling that to other muslims - ones actually in Saudi Arabia , Lebanon, Iran, Libya , Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Tunisia, Somalia etc - and some newly crazed ones in Egypt who desperately want to impose their ognorance on Jerusalem in their current lifetimes.
