Why dont so called good Muslim revolt against terrorism ?

I don't agree with the view that all Muslims are not bad,Some are good some are bad . Coining different terms are not going to solve the problem of terrorism.Using different terms like Islamists or Muslims to differentiate between good & bad are irrelevant when it comes to terrorism .If you think terrorism is wrong & you believe in human values ,you must raise your voice against it ,even if it is against your brethren. Unfortunately it does not happen so . Most of the so called good Muslims prefer to keep silence on this issue . So my big question is- -- Is this silence on the part of good Muslims not a indirect method of supporting terrorism?
