Actually Iam on my way to become a scholar,,,maybe thih explains why I analyze things the way I do, but not with reference to this political question here, as Iam not too much into American politics. I never ran from the Middle East and never will because simply peoples'fates are not to be made in diaspora.

My primary interest is actually in the manufacture of stereotypes and prejudices and how they are fabricated by the media. I do cherish your idea that prejudices exist among the blacks, but maybe they exists becuse we call them black. On the other hand I would not like to think about prediction as a feasible and legitimate means of analysis of any issue. Let me just put it as simple as that: you say that the Americans were deluded. I believe you, but were not you all cheated by the war on Iraq?

Moreover, let us give the American people the credit of deciding their own fate. They said their word, and have to pay for it. And finally, beware of repeating the common mistake of giving absolute credit to the runners for presidency. They have to look like idealists simply to get the applause. Whether they prove up to their promises or not, is nothing you can predict. He is seated in the White House now...and his successes or failures can change the fate of millions all over the world. I dont belong to here, but watched a good deal of democracy in the recent elections. Come on people, give him the benefit of the doubt and give yourself a break. Good luck to America
