Reader comment on item: Obama's Mansion, Saddam's Money
in response to reader comment: US citizens should admit the misdeeds of their own politicians

"Vishvas", I will give you intelligence and eloquence. Your English is very good.

What I "will give you" stops there.

Number one, back in Reagan's day, the Taliban had a faint semblance of "founding fathers" characteristics. The wholesale slaughter rape, murder, torture, and persecution of anyone who disagreed with them became more evident after the Gippers comment.

Number two you have a "wholesale" ignorance of what I and millions of real Chrsitians have sent in the way of "packets".

In the past decades, the real Christian community has sent literally hundreds of billions of dollars to every desperate cause on earth including Islamic countries where they are heinously persecuted. We have sent billions of tons of food, clothing, and educational supplies. We have sent thousands of missionaries who have helped people learn to read and write in their own languages. We have helped countless people in many nations set up small businesses and become independent. Thye list can go on if you wish. Maybe you would like some URLs to "Google" as proof of my claims?

I'm perfectly well on board with your depiction of the blind and mindless people of the U.S. and have never said to the contrary. I was born and live in the U.S. I am self educated and aware of the ignorance, greed, politicaly stupefying blindness of the citizens I share this country with. How about you and yours?

I have honestly posted on the Daniel Pipes forums my own disgust with the American public. If you had bothered to read a little more, you would know that. ...
