Mr Mansoor:

Yes, Islam is the true religion which covers every aspect of life. Now, Mr mansoor, tell me. why did God create brain? To read and follow Koran or use Reason. Now reading and following Koran does not require any brain. May be Koran forbids the use of brain to think something different in life? Now why would somebody not think different in life?
