Dear Mohamed

I was so very pleased to read comments from a Maldivian, you see I have had the pleasure of visting that enchanting archipelago 5 times. Mohamed it was on an apartment building balcony in Male, in the very early morning that I heard for the very first time the adhan. The call to prayer From the Hukuru Misky was both soothing and exotic. The atolls are a geographical treasure and it's people ambassadors of South Asia. I have nothing but pure respect for such a dignified corner of the world.

Having said that, I read with great trepidation of a bombing in Male described as the first terrorist attack by fundamentalists calling for a boycott of tourism in the Maldives.......

Please say it isn't so !!
