So enforce the public health code by refusing admittance. when the tabliquki refuse to follow safety standards, refuse to allow them access. There is no such prohibition against topical use of alcohol for cleaning, nor are they so ignorant that this is an innocent mistake.

This is a political statement and an attempt to force us to conform to their culture and sharia by assertion, this in itself a form of force. If they want to pose a danger to make such a otherwise trivial statement (you notice they did not ask, protest or sue for non-alcohol hand cleaners, they simply blithely and without regard for others took or do whatever they wanted) then they can be treated as irresponsible public health risks.
