HygieneReader comment on item: Islamists in the Hospital Ward Submitted by Octavio (Italy), Jan 2, 2007 at 10:27 This has got something to do with the Islamic religion, and a lot to do with the different standards of non-Europeans. Middle Easterns, North-Africans, Pakistanis and Afghans have different standards from, say, Germans. I have heard of people who went to the hospital in Saudi Arabia, and found it to be very clean. But, I am quite sure that people from Arabia or the Indian sub-continent have a different view of what can/ cannot be done in the Hospital Ward.
