Then what about the fight between the U.S and Iran?

Do you think the U.S helps Israel, so that (in your imagination) Israel can destroy the Palestinians ? The answer is a big NO. U.S helps Israel to protect itself i.e defense.

The truth is that it is Iran which is actively destabilizing the situation by helping the Palestinians with their goal of destroying Israel. Peace can be achieved if IRAN stops helping the Palestinians just on its own.
