Which Israel?

Reader comment on item: Democrats, Republicans, and Israel

Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), May 23, 2006 at 11:46

Just as there is a blue state America and a Red State America, so to there are at least two Israels.

One of these Israels continues down the path to a blind alley hoping that their neighbours like them.

The other Israel sees that change has to come so that Israel can live in peace with her neighbours, and vice-versa.

So, that is the cross-roads we are at, and which road we take will say a lot about what kind of future we will have.
