Because a Palestinian state already exists. Twice.

There are now two territories with a vast Palestinian demographic superiority. Jordan and the Gaza Strip.

Jordan is 5 times larger than israel, has the commensirate natural resources, and is ruled by a Beduin despot who keeps the Palestinians under the screw. Jordan is Juden-rein.

Gaza is the size of Hong Kong, and holds a fifth of the population of Hong-Kong. It is ruled by a despotic rag-tag Party of God which spends most of it time lobbing munitions on Jewish towns and schools. Gaza is Juden-rein.

Now tell me Why Israel must lend a hand to the creation of another Palestinian state, right in its proverbial belly.
