The logic of Mersheimer-Walt (M-W)

Reader comment on item: Is Campus Watch Part of a Conspiracy? [On Mearsheimer-Walt and "The Israeli Lobby"]

Why is it so difficult for any one to accept a public debate? This is the root cause of all humanity problems.

To accept one's own limitations.

The least, for the leaders of any and all religious and non-religious organizations, is to show humility and accept other people point of view.

Humility paradoxically is highly inhuman.

Most of us have no interest in the other person opinion. Personal matter is the only thing that count. We must allow all sides to present their case. M & W fail to present both sides. Obviously this could have been a ploy to excit the media and the world.

The fundamental problem of leftists and secularists is their hidden goal. The elimination of whatever smells religion, forgetting that universalism is a religion of its own. The fact is that mystery is an important ingredient of life whether one is religious or not.

The destruction of let say Israel, in their mind, the first monotheist religion, could result through a domino effect in the collapse of all the other religions except their own!
