Mr. Pipes:

Your accusers suffer from the same malady that has afflicted mankind for millenia: Forgetting that when they point a finger, there is three that are pointing back.

They are convinced that they are so right that their blindspot covers the territory where they might be, and indeed arguably are, wrong.
