What a perfect solution that is! It was first implemented in India by the British, and we are now headed for yet another partition, naturally. This can be implemented in all of Europe, and once it succeeds there, the Muslims can implement in the US and the rest of the world can follow suit. Brilliant. But the British got there first, you must never forget.
