Was it coming for the French

Reader comment on item: Reflections on the Revolution in France*

Submitted by Mohamed M. Mohamed (Kenya), Nov 9, 2005 at 02:33

There is too much being said at the moment about the French riots and whether it is Muslims who are at the forefront with these riots or not. Being far away in Kenya, I've no real idea of what the riots are all about. Perhaps this is because I've not kept myself up-to-date with the happenings of the world having concentrated on the Holy Month of Ramadhan and now six days of Shawaal. I was indeed shocked to hear that it is in it's thirteenth day today.

However Allah SWT is indeed Great. Remember earlier on, France voted to do away with the Hijab (Islamic Women head gear/Scuff)? Irrespective of what people say but as far as I feel, what goes round always comes round. And just as in the good old days when Allah struck with lightening and thunder, floods, frogs, locusts, etc, etc, in this modern world, it is occurances such as the riots we see today in France that Allah is striking back with. France and the rest of the world should wake up and realise that Islam is their final abode. The sooner people accept Islam, the sooner we will see peace on this Earth.

These are my feelings.
