Dear brother Wasim Ahmed,

you wrote" Lakum Deenukum Waliyaddin " Let me warn you by help of dr.pipe's excerpt of Islam's Inadvertent Patterns that " The daytime fast during Ramadan often leads observant Muslims to exercise less and to "tend to overeat upon breaking their fast, and usually the meal involves heavy, fatty foods that are high in calories," notes the head of the Emirates Diabetes Society. One survey in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, found 60 percent of respondents reporting excessive weight gain after Ramadan. Ramadan, ironically, is both a month of fasting and of overeating." So be careful dear brother !

And also you explained "This is the Tareeqat and Qalmi shajarah to which- venerable did the propagation through Shahadatain (both witnesses) for the world peace (Aman-e-Alam) "

Will you tell to all world which are those witnesses ?

And how it helped for world peace?

Thanks
