What about TWA 800?

I was interested to read a respected authority like you take on this issue. But if it was terrorism, I wonder why there would not have been claims of responsibility by Al-Qaeda at the time. Given the state of things at the time, if it had been terrorism and the government covered it up, I think they did the country a service. Working in a transportation related industry, I doubt we would have survived another such event so soon (and perhaps not even now).

How about TWA 800? I have read some articles by Jack Cashill claiming it was terrorism, and some of it sure sounds convincing. Have you looked into this at all? I would appreciate your opinion - one way or another.
