"G-d helps those who help themselves"

Sharon has made another suicidal serious political blunder. He and his misguided policies may prove to be fatal to Israel. Israel has been severely weakened by this absurd prisoner exchange. If Israel cannot help itself, who will respect it and who will defend it? G-d turns his back on those who cannot help themselves. I shudder at what is now occurring in Israel. No more Jews in Gaza? What other absurdities? Next, Sharon will want to give back the Golan. Where and when will the madness stop?---maybe when it is too late, G-d forbid. What happened to "Never Again" If Israel appears weak, then the Jews appear weak, and so anti-semitism rears its ugly head as is so blatantly happening in the world-particularly in Europe.
