Egypt does not want Gaza back

Egypt lost the Sinai and Gaza, after ruling the later with a heavy hand, suppressing Palestinian self-rule for years. Once it was in Israel's hands, they were off the hook. There is little likelyhood Mubarak wants this most populated and terrorist-filled wasps nest back.

There is no solution in sight, at least not one that is implementable.
