Excellent Idea

Let Egypt supply electricity, health care, economic aid for their "Muslim brothers". Let Egypt taste a bit of the futility of dealing with the mob mentality that is the PLO and Hamas.

Take the onus off Israel and put it where it belongs, on the PLO. If Egypt took Gaza under it's wing, the likely result would be more of the same from the PLO, except they would point their complaints toward Egypt and whine about Egypt "failing" them, and Israel would be rid of, at least, the resposibility of aid for a people who maintain an implacable ideology.

It is my opinion however that Egypt will resist unless forced into this acceptance. Which I believe they should be. The U.S.A. provides over HALF of the aid the world receives. Time for Egypt to step up and experience themselves the neccessity for the termination of the terroristic 6th century ideology that Hammas, the PLO, and others have towards Israel. They must be forced to realize, they would be next.
