Live and let live, but please leave my heritageReader comment on item: Palestinians Who Prefer Israel Submitted by Peter, Scotland (United Kingdom), Jan 4, 2008 at 15:03 Hi Mary, I appreciatte your comments, but it is not intolerance as my family, friends and loved ones are Catholics, but it is down to an unbalanced proportional representation at the higher levels. I think if the tables were turned and Glasgow was governed by a Muslim minority then intolerance on a large scale would be shown by all Christians in Glasgow. My fear is for our monarchy and Union, as within Scotland the Catholic community have alwas wanted seperation and they have alliegance to Rome who dictates the politics of the masses. Over the last few years the Christian community is coming together but they are standing still and I dont belive they fully appreciate the threat regarding the influx and the way of the life of the Muslim, which is down to the liberal left dilluting and misrepresenting the truth. Glasgow ,like Austrailia (I have visited three times) ,is multi-cultural, but when my heritage is being eroded I must use my voice to say what I feel is right or wrong for the matter.
