Seamus, as you know, I am coming from the perspective of Nicea. There is something to the triumph of the iconodules that ennobles mankind. So, a lot depends on the interpretation of "image" and "likeness" in the early chapters of the book of beginnings (which is my understanding of the definition of Genesis). I accept your kind words in the spirit of true scholarship.
