Should Israel offer pro-Israel Arabs a chance to become Jews?

It's heartening to read how much appreciated Israel is by so many Palestinians! On the other hand, we can hardly blame Israel for wanting to rid itself of a demographic time bomb. Wouldn't Israel be considerably strengthened if they offered conversion as a no-pressure choice to Palestinians and Israeli Arabs and also if they put together a 'conversion course' that proselytes could take to learn Torah, Hebrew, Jewish history and Jewish ethics? Think about it.
