The massive amounts of money

Giving money to people for doing no work is not the way to go. I think you made a good argument. If UNWRA gave the money to Muslim countries that were prepared to resettle these 'refugees', maybe they would be motivated to take them in. Because of the totalitarian nature of their religion they do not make good settlers in non Muslim countires. They are an oppressive majority or a turbulent minority. Receiving handouts whether from the UN or Arab countries will simply reinforce their victim mentality. Many of us suffer losses in our lives - we have to think positively and move on.
