The Arabs have used the Palestinians as their attack dog. They can not stand that Israel exists and is not a dhimmini second class nation. All the other Arab nations push the Palestinians into conflict but do not lend a helping hand so they can improve upon their lot. Permanent refugeehood works for the Arabs and against the Palestinians; until they see this there will not be peace.
