in response to reader comment: We need more than profiling: WE NEED MUSLIM INTERNMENT CAMPS NOW!!!

First of all, I am personally ashamed that you even try to associate yourself with the Conservative movement, after I read your article, which for some reason my dad printed out, I could not believe ...it.

Yes America is at war with RADICAL Islam, not all of Islam. This being the case, we cannot simply round up all the Muslims and put them in internment camps. My guess is you probably do not even know how the Japanese interment camps were set up. Most of the boys who were in these camps joined the Boy Scouts, and some ended up even serving in the United States Military. The families were forced to sell their homes for minimal amounts of money, a lot of people lost everything. The most disgusting fact about the Japanese interment camps was that they were rounded up from the West coast--and placed in the middle of the country or on the East coast--in an attempt to prevent the FEW possible spies from identifying targets.

Also, the cost for funding these camps would be outrageous, and even if you took all the money from the lands and properties of the Muslims from which they were taken, this would not be enough, so the tax payers would still be paying for them--especially since the size and work put into these camps is also so great.

To quote YOUR opening line "[t]hose who do not study history are bound to repeat it[,]" is something you should have considered before writing your blog. Several things to remember here are: we have a better chance of gaining information from Muslims who are not upset with us, than we did from the Japanese (mainly because information is much more easily spread.) Also, most importantly, are you the tax-payer willing to have YOUR tax dollars given as reparation to the Muslims after the war is over? I assume you forgot about that little aspect.

Finally, if you do not wish to lose all credibility upon writing something so ignorant in the first place, do not call any person, a "peep."
