Bin Laden was and perhaps still is a blllionaire. Many of the 9/11 terrorists came from reasonably well off families. None of the London bombers were poor.

There is no correlation between family poverty and propensity for terrorism.. If the above examples are any guide, perhaps rich people can give rise to terrorists. But I won't draw such a conclusion.

Terrorism shows that the ideology of the terrorists is bankrupt.
