Unfortunately, those who strive to institute a single "history" of events seek to legitimize their version above all other participants. Contrary to some who wish to project "world Victimization", those many countries, nations, peoples, who fought to control the Jewish tribal lands did not do it because Jews lived there but, to control the flow of goods along the silk road and secure it's financial rewards. I'm quite sure that many Jews lost their lives or were driven from their land as a result of the many invasions.

However to suggest that the sole purpose of the invasions was to eradicate the Jews because they are hated by the world is simplistic racialism. Even the Muslim invasion in spite of their tenet of conversion let a couple of Jews live as Jews so long as they paid the "tax". (money, money, money)

The Romans, The Persians(before Islam), The Hindus, The Chinese, and the many independent traders who traveled the silk road for hundreds of years, all these people who wrote about events in and around "Judea" are liars unless they support your version of events. And of course I'm a racist and some type of bigoted Christian(not being Christian seems not to matter) because I have balanced my view of world history through the implementation of diverse source materials and not limiting myself to any single writing.

The theory that if one tells a lie often enough it will become the accepted truth only works on those who have an investment in the lie. Like America won the war, or that communism was defeated, or that all the world hates a Jew.

And please don't slip in the Holocaust as if to reference what I have posted as being equal to what any one else has said for or against Jews, Israel, or Judaism. If you want to hear my opinion of the Holocaust and use that as proof of my "horribleness" and "anti-Jew bias", which you are really going out of your way to prove as you take my posts and select half sentences quoting them out of context, have the decency to ask me outright and not slyly work it into a conversation where it is not in question.
