The Black Book of Communism says otherwise.Reader comment on item: Op Eds Now More Central in War than Bullets Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), Oct 17, 2006 at 16:47 Yuval, there has to be another alternative to this part, "...Sadly the only remedy to such lop-sidedness is extreme blood-shed.". The black book of Communism shows how far man's inhumanity to man went under those who were identified with the hammer and sickle. Yet, it looks like George Bernard Shaw was right, but I narrow to the view to those left of centre, history shows that they do not learn from history. So, what is needed is a multi-pronged reclamation of the best of the West. It isn't enough to have an optimist in Western Culture in the Oval Office, it isn't enough to have various churches bursting at the seams, it isn't enough to relegate the foolishness of multiculturalism to the ash-heap. But, all of them, plus some other things will bring about a reclamation of the West, and then we can get on the business of living in truth and peace.
