See this is where we go wrong again...everybody looking for an answer when the answer is in front of your face.
This book or books period are just another form of someomes opinion. Thats why we as humans have so much trouble dealing with our own problems because will listen to much of what others think and not know 100%. First this book says islam is an arab religion and culture. lets see about that... yes the origin is from the middle east and the tongue in which the koran first was recited in was arabic..true. but truth be told that arabs out of all the arabs nations only make up anywhere between 20% to 30% of muslims through out the world of 1.3billion second to christianity which is i think 1.5billion. Sorry if my numbers are off but its somewhere around that area.

So in saying that the other 70% or 80% are from other ethnic backgrounds as was listed in your article of different countries. however whats wrong with learning your religious culture?. My wife is from a jewish background and is she wrong for following her religious ancestors culture (meaning speaking hebrew, reading the torah and clothing)?. People do it all the time... i also have friends that are hebrew isrealities and they wear the traditional clothing of the hebrews doing worships and somtimes through the day hours.

The same with some of my buddhist friends... My question to you is what wrong with wanting to have some cultural connection with your relgious past?
