ahmad zafireReader comment on item: Muslim Zionism Submitted by Elizabeth (United States), Jun 12, 2006 at 17:01 For Muslims, there exist two kinds of non-Muslim enemies...kafir (non-believers in Islam) and ahl al kitab (People of the Book). Kafir, such as Buddhists and Hindus, must either convert to Islam or face execution. People of the Book include Jews and Christians. These people need only submit to Muslim authority to avoid forced conversion or death. Although they may keep their original faith, their status becomes dhimmi (a "protected," yet inferior non-Muslim status). To use the tired line in your own words of, "even if some misguided muslims forced islam on people at one point in time , knowing that islam is not to be forced on any soul," is such a lie. You as a Muslim know that Muhammed used force against the people of Medina when they did not "submit" to his newly created religion. Muhammed was a warrior who spread "Islam by the Sword." If you refuse to admit this very basic point, then you are just practising al-taqiyya( a Muslim blatantly lying to non-Muslims). Ahmad, your constant dribble about how Islam is loving and we as true Muslims love the people of the book, is nothing but misguiding people who know nothing about the history of Islam. Maybe the problem is you don't know enough about your own religion, or you just want to spew the typical Islamic rhetoric.
